One of the standout features introduced is the ability to easily share plans with teammates through quick links. This capability allows for seamless plan sharing, ensuring that all team members have access to the plan with just a single click. By selecting a plan from the overflow menu on the My Plans page and choosing "Copy link to plan," users can instantly share their plans with others.
Task View Enhancement
Users of the Planner app can now switch from viewing a specific task to accessing the entire plan linked to that task. By selecting the plan's name, which is now conveniently located at the top of a task card in the My Tasks view, users can navigate seamlessly between tasks and plans for better project management.
Integration with Viva Connections
For those utilizing the Viva Connections dashboard, Microsoft has introduced updates to the "Assigned tasks" card powered by Planner. The addition of an 'Add Task' button enables users to quickly create tasks directly within the Planner app, providing a more streamlined task management experience. The "Open Planner" button within the "Assigned tasks" card format allows users to access the full Planner app effortlessly.
